Waverly Anna Nicole Lewis

Waverly Anna Nicole Lewis was born sleeping at 8:16 pm on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus.



She was, and would have been loved and spoiled by her parents, Chad Anthony II and Justice Nicole (Dye) Lewis; siblings, Winston and Watson Lewis; maternal grandparents, Tim and Julieanna Pace; paternal grandparents, Chad and Amy Lewis; maternal great grandparents, Jeff and Brenda Dunn; paternal great grandparents, Wanda and James Frankart, Roger and Colleen Lewis, Bea Benedict and Marilyn Barger; aunts and uncles, Caleb and Jasmine Chapman (cousins, Amora and Nathia), Mitchell Chapman, Austin and Julianna Lewis (cousin, Ayden) and Kiara Lewis as well as numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.



She is in Heaven, rejoicing with her maternal great grandparents, Robert Sr. and Anna Dye; paternal great grandparents, Jeff Benedict Sr., John Barger Sr., William and Shirley Wilburn and William and Jane Pace; her aunt Rhonda Dye and uncles, Fred Dye and John Barger II.



Her family will receive friends from 11 am -1 pm Monday, January 3 at Wise Funeral Service where her funeral will follow at 1:00 pm with Bishop Ted Thomas officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her maternal great grandparents in Oakwood Cemetery.



If desired, donations can be made payable to Nationwide Children’s Hospital and will be accepted through the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy are encouraged to be shared on her Tribute Wall.
