Wally Keller

Wilber Wallace Keller, III, better known as Wally Keller, 43, of Bucyrus died Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital after months of battling Multiple Myeloma.

He was born August 24, 1973 in Steubenville to Wallace and Judy (Cutshaver) Keller and grew up in Bloomingdale, Ohio. He graduated from Indian Creek High School and was in the Auto Body program at Jefferson County Vocational School. He moved to Bucyrus after meeting the former Linda L. Blair at Jamboree in the Hills in 2002. They were married in Niagara Fall on August 13, 2005 and Linda survives.

Wally did factory work and delivered drywall before his illness reduced his physical activity. He most recently worked for Quinn’s in Bucyrus as a driver. He was at his happiest when riding a Harley Davidson to nowhere in particular. He had various bikes over the years, but loved his 92 Harley Lowrider. He loved being outside to work on cars and will be remembered as an amazing, caring man who would give the shirt off his back to someone in need. Wally was a member of Moose Lodge 669, enjoyed the Dallas Cowboys, country music, dancing, old westerns and more recently watched The Walking Dead and Sons of Anarchy. His laughter and kindness will be missed by all who loved him.

Wally is survived by his wife, Linda Keller of Bucyrus; parents, Wallace and Judy of Bloomingdale; daughters, Rachael Keller (Aaron Thrushel) and Rikki Keller (Shawn Williston); stepchildren, Angel (Mitchell) Hensley and Aaron Blair; grandchildren, Selena, Aerianna, and Douglas; step grandchildren, Janey Hensley (Brock Lohr), Autumn Hensley, and Memphis; step great grandchildren, Keegan, Aubrey, and Bentley; brother, Joey Keller (Sara Staymate); sister, Lisa (Ed) Homol; grandmother, Alberta Foor; along with nieces, nephews and cousins.

Wally’s family will receive friends at his viewing on Saturday, November 5 at Wise Funeral Service in Bucyrus from 11 am – 2 pm. Those wishing to make memorial donations are encouraged to give to Crawford County Relay for Life through the funeral home.

Memories and photos can be shared on Wally’s Tribute Wall.
