Travis G. Nicholson

Travis Graham Nicholson, 63, of Bucyrus, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021 after years of declining health.



Travis was born March 28, 1958 in Shelby to the late Paul and Sandra (Graham) Nicholson. He was a member of the cross-country team at Bucyrus High School and held the school’s half mile record from 1975-1985. Travis graduated in 1976 and began working at Millington Plastics and other local companies before working at Swan Rubber Co. Travis worked there for 20 years then began working part time jobs. He retired as his health worsened. During his youth, he and his brother, Thomas, both ran marathons as a shared hobby.



Travis is survived by his brother, Thomas (Deb) Nicholson of Bucyrus.



Though no public services will be held, donations can be made payable to Wise Funeral Service who assisted with his arrangements. Photos and memories can be shared on Travis’ Tribute Wall.
