Teresa Hensley Frazier

Teresa Ann (Hensley) Frazier, 53, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 23, 2021 at Riverside Hospital following a lengthy illness.



Teresa was born in Bucyrus on June 22, 1968 to the Magdelene (Rigney) Hensley who survives and the late Freelin Hensley.



Teresa was a free spirit who loved everyone with her whole heart. Anyone who knew Teresa knew a true friend. Teresa’s greatest success in life was her four children and many grandchildren. She loved to spend time with family, especially during her favorite holiday, Easter. She also enjoyed going to BINGO with her daughters. Although Teresa spent her whole life in the Bucyrus area, she was a dreamer who loved to imagine all the beautiful places in the world. She will be missed by her family and anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her.



Teresa is survived by husband, Tony Frazier; mother, Maggie Hensley; siblings, Lisa (John) Malone, Donna (Rick) Hardymon, Jim (Kim) Hensley, and Matt (Mindy) Hensley; children, Samantha (Jimmy) Steele, Aaron Hensley, Cassandra (Taylir) Hensley, and James Frazier; grandchildren, Cheyenne, Landen, Bailey, Brasen, Zayden, Carmen, Aria, and Leyton; stepchildren, Samantha (Clint) Rigney, Tony Frazier Jr., and Chelsea (Robert) Ison; along with many extended family including step grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.



She was preceded in death by her father, Freelin Hensley; grandson, Wesley Fogle and his mother, Jerrica Adkins; and lifelong friend, Monnie Rathers.



Teresa’s family will receive friends on Friday, July 30 at Wise Funeral Service from Noon-2 and 4-6 pm when Pastor Mike Corwin will conclude the evening with prayers of comfort.
