Patty Lou Noble

Patty Noble, 75, of Bucyrus, died as a result of recent heart issues on Monday, March 30, 2026. She had been under the care of Heartland Hospice for which her family was grateful.

She was born on November 21, 1949 in Leatherwood, Kentucky to the late Canas and Callie (Combs) Noble and was a 1967 graduate of M.C. Napier High School. Patty met Taylor Noble through their mothers being friends and on March 11, 1972 they married in Rowdy, Kentucky. Shortly thereafter, they moved to Bucyrus and started a family. Patty cared for them as a homemaker. She also worked in the bakery at IGA, spent several years at BPT from where she retired, and then worked for a while at Carle’s.

Family was everything to Patty and the more time spent together, the better. She was their biggest supporter and cheerleader when it came to their activities and events, and Christmas was her favorite time to gather. She always over bought when it came to spoiling her loved ones with presents and certainly overcooked for their family meal. They shared many laughs while playing the card game Rook and she was certain to clear her calendar on the first Saturday of August as to never miss the family reunion in London, Kentucky.

In addition to supporting her family, Patty spent many years bowling at both Crawford and Suburban Lanes and she and Taylor shared many nights square dancing at the Eagles in Upper Sandusky as well as at other halls. She liked watching game shows, tennis, the Cleveland Cavaliers, and Kentucky Wildcats. For relaxation, Patty could often be found sitting on her front porch sipping on a cold Pepsi.

She is survived by daughters, Melissa “Missy” (Thad) Wilson and Melinda Tubbs; grandchildren, Kayla (Matthew) Kibler, Joesee (Jordan Teynor) Tubbs, Devin (Kelsey May) Perry Amber (Miranda Berry) Perry, and Bobbi (Aaron) Saltzman; great grandchildren, Hendrix James, Luke Saltzman, Malayah Jo, Sylvia Madelyn, Sullivan Taylor, and Luke Ezra; siblings, Jackie Belcher, Brenda Noble, and Judy (Jimmy) Keen; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Canas and Callie; Patty was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Taylor Noble who passed in 2020, and siblings, Odam Noble and Odell Quinton.

Family will gather with friends from 11 – 11:55 am on Thursday, April 2 at Wise Funeral Service, followed by her funeral beginning at 12 noon. She will be privately laid to rest in Oakwood Cemetery.

If desired, donations can be made payable to Heartland Hospice and will be accepted though the funeral home. Memories and expressions of sympathy are encouraged to be shared on her tribute page at www.wisefuneral.com.
