Pam Brown

Pamela Irene Brown, 84, passed away peacefully from complications of Alzheimer’s, surrounded by family, Thursday, April 23, 2026 at Altercare of Bucyrus where she lived the past year in the Speret Hall Memory Care Unit.

She was born December 27, 1941 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. She has surviving siblings that reside in California, Florida, and Marion, Ohio. She graduated from Upper Sandusky High school in 1960. Pam worked at a few different factories in the area including Swan Rubber and General Electric where she retired from in the early 90s. Pam also had a large dog/house sitting business in her later years which she enjoyed tremendously.

Pam was married several times and is survived by her three children, Soraya Taylor, Michelle Studer, and Jason (Elizabeth) Brown; six grandchildren, Dalton Taylor, Melody (Chris) Taylor Seargent, Spencer Studer, Brice (Alyssa) Studer, Mallory Studer, and Isabel Brown. Pam also had four great grandchildren, Dallas, Silas, and Titan Studer and Elora Studer.

Pam was always the life of the party. There was never a dull moment with her around and she always spoke her mind. She loved taking care of plants and gardening, traveling to visit family and friends, shopping and checking out garage sales, and she loved playing Bingo whenever she could, yelling out “Bingo! Bingo! Bingo!” when she won. Pam was a member of several clubs, namely Moose, American Legion, and AmVets where she could be found pulling the tabs and was known to win quite a bit.

Pam decided in 2016 that she wanted to donate her body to OSU for medical students and her family honored her request.

Pam’s family is planning a public Celebration of Life gathering to honor her on June 13, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the AmVets in Bucyrus.
