Kimberly Stuckman Lewis

Kimberly Stuckman Lewis, 50, of Winston-Salem, North Carolina and originally of Bucyrus, died unexpectedly early Monday morning, December 29, 2014 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center after recently becoming ill.

Kim was born February 18, 1964 in Bucyrus to Ned Stuckman and Kathy (Grau) Cover. She graduated from Wynford High School in 1982 and enjoyed working at Bucyrus Community Hospital and part-time with Dr. Sam Thomas at Countryside Veterinary Clinic before moving to Florida and, later, to Winston-Salem where she most recently worked as a secretary for a heating and cooling contractor. Kim had a green thumb, rescuing a number of sad plants and flowers over the years and she enjoyed watching football, rooting on the Buckeyes and Panthers.

Kim is survived by her father, Ned (Joyce) Stuckman; mother, Kathy (Jim) Cover; her son, Seth Lewis and his fiancée, Jordan Romine and their new son, Tristan; stepson, Justin (Amber) Lewis and their son, Colton; sister, Lynn (Doug) Boelsche; and her nieces and nephew, Shelbilyn, Mary and Matthew Boelsche and Sydney Stuckman. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jeff Stuckman.

Private graveside services will be held in Oakwood Cemetery in Bucyrus. Those wishing to make memorial donations are encouraged to give toward her grandson, Tristan’s education.
