Karen Fannin Bradshaw

Karen Fannin Bradshaw, 70, of Newton Grove, North Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Rex Hospital in North Carolina after a brief illness.



Karen was born April 15, 1950 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late John Mason Fannin and Delza Ruckel Fannin. She attended Bucyrus City Schools where she graduated in 1968. She attended Bucyrus Nazarene Church as a teen. She worked briefly at The Timken Company, then Bucyrus Hospital following graduation.



Karen then moved to Turkey, North Carolina where she married Charles Oscar Bradshaw and started a family. She received a RN nursing degree and worked for over 30 years.



She is survived by her children, Beth Bradshaw Medlin (and husband Drew) and Charles Oscar Bradshaw (and wife Leann); grandchildren, Sara Beth Daniels and Charity and Calista Bradshaw; along with her precious dog Whiskey. She is also survived by siblings, Helena (Jonathan) Kalb of Crestline, Don (Cyndi) Fannin of Mt. Vernon, and Paul Fannin of Columbus; along with many great nieces and nephews.



There will be a Celebration of Life memorial service at Wise Funeral Service, 129 W. Warren St., Bucyrus on Saturday, March 13 at 11:00 am. Friends may call at the funeral home prior to the service from 10:30-11:00.
