Hurburt R. Nelson

Hurburt R. Nelson, 79, of Bucyrus, died Thursday, May 13, 2010 at his residence following a brief battle with cancer. He was born June 17, 1930 in Jackson County, Tennessee to the late Elisha B. and Rosa (Moore) Nelson. On January 17, 1950 he married Freda Hensley who survives. They moved to Bucyrus in 1951 and Hurburt began working at Crawford Steel Foundry. He worked there for a short time and then worked at Swan Rubber for 42 years before retiring in 1996. Hurburt was associated with the Bucyrus Congregation Kingdom Hall of Jehovah'
