Autumn J. Young

Autumn Jade Young 24, of Bucyrus, died Sunday, March 20, 2022.



She was born January 24, 1998 in Galion and grew up in Bucyrus, graduating from TRECA Digital Academy in 2016. Autumn enjoyed any moments spent with her family and they include, her mom and stepdad, Carey Young and Tod Spurlock Sr.; dad, Robert E. Young Jr.; maternal grandparents, Anthony and Darlene (Rivers) Lawson; paternal grandparents, Robert Sr. and Janice (Johnson) Young; five siblings, Tabitha (Franklin) Bond, Thaddaeus Young, Tod Spurlock Jr., Alonna Spurlock and Rebecca Noel; aunts and uncles, Anthony (Stephanie) Lawson Jr., Mark (Kristina) Lawson, Kelli Young, Tim (Jackie) Young, Teresa (Jarred) Foght and Nathan Young as well as many nieces and nephews.



In her childhood, Autumn enjoyed doing what many young girls do. She played with her Barbie dolls, liked to hula hoop, and ride her bike around the neighborhood. As she grew, shopping became something fun as well as playing video games and watching movies. The scarier the better. She took an interest in cooking and occasionally prepared meals for her family. Their family shared many card nights and she loved making Tik Tok videos with her sisters. She liked listening to music and was a huge fan of Machine Gun Kelly. Autumn’s sense of humor was second to no one and she will certainly be remembered for her distinct and contagious laugh. Once she started, the entire room soon followed in laughter. She was fond of the color purple and she liked anything elephants.



Autumn worked a few jobs, searching for what would be most fulfilling and she enjoyed comradery with fellow employees and customers at UDF, Duke, IB Tech, Arby’s and lastly at Kasai in Upper Sandusky.



Her family will gather with friends from 11 am - 12:55 pm Wednesday, March 30 at Wise Funeral Service where her memorial service will follow that day at 1:00 pm with Carl Angel officiating.
