Anthony D. Love

Anthony D. Love, 51, died peacefully in his sleep Saturday morning, March 25, 2023.

He was born in Galion to the late Willis “Buddy” Cochran and Vicki (Knieriemen) Webb who survives in Bucyrus. Anthony attended Bucyrus schools and worked in appliance repair and factories throughout his life.

He will be remembered for his outgoing, fun-loving, and kind nature. He was a talker and usually striking up a conversation with friends and strangers alike. A jack-of-all-trades, Anthony was always willing to lend a hand to friends or family with projects and repairs. In his younger years, he hung out with friends and collected baseball cards. As he got older, he collected Budweiser steins.

In addition to his mother, Anthony is survived by grandmother, Juanita Young; brother, LaRoi (Cheryl) Love, and several extended family. He was preceded in death by his birth father; stepfather, Samuel Webb; and brother, Nathan Love.

Friends can gather with Anthony’s family in Oakwood Cemetery on Friday, March 31 at 1:00 pm for his graveside funeral with his uncle, Tom Campbell, officiating.
