Obituary for Terry L. Stinehelfer
Terry Stinehelfer, 71, died Monday, December 31, 2018.
He was born in Bucyrus on July 16, 1947 to the late Herman Henry and Allene Pearl (Stuckey) Stinehelfer. He is survived by a brother, Garry Stinehelfer and sister-in-law, Cathy Stinehelfer (Rule).
Terry graduated from Bucyrus High School in 1965 and received a Bachelor of Science in Education in 1970 and a Master of Arts in Science Education in 1976. He taught all levels of high school sciences in Columbus Public Schools from September 1970 through June 2005. His first ten years were at Buckeye Junior High School and the remaining 25 were at Eastmoor High School which later became Eastmoor Academy. In addition to his teaching duties, he coached many seasons of high school softball and volleyball.
Terry will be laid to rest in Oakwood Cemetery. Although no public services will be held, you can remember him with a donation to the American Cancer Society through Wise Funeral Service, 129 W. Warren St., Bucyrus, Ohio 44820.
