Jaime Laipply Webb

Jaime Lynn Laipply Webb, 38, of Bucyrus, was reunited with her son in heaven on Sunday, October 7, 2018 following her unexpected death at Bucyrus Community Hospital. She had recently been challenged by heart issues.

She was born August 28, 1980 in Bucyrus and was a 1999 graduate of Wynford High School. Jaime had most recently lived by the motto, “God, Goals, Growing and Glowing” as throughout life, like many of us, Jaime faced challenges. But being a determined individual and having God by her side, she set out to accomplish Goals that would create a better life. Jaime was Growing personally and spiritually and began Glowing again as her life had meaning.

Jaime is survived by her mother, Moneta Sue Laipply of Portsmouth and father, Mike (Donna) Laipply of Westerville; two sons, Lane and Levi as well as their father, Don Webb. Jaime is also survived by brothers, Bob (Summer) Laipply and Wesley Laipply; two nephews, Owen and Marcus Laipply; her maternal grandmother, Phyllis Sparks; paternal grandmother, Drusilla Laipply; and her significant other, Thomas Oberlander II and his son, Britton who she shared three years of her life with and created many memories.

Jaime was preceded in death by her son, Lucas who died during infancy; maternal grandfather, Paul Sparks; and paternal grandfather, Floyd “Bob” Laipply.

She had lastly worked at Marion Industries and helped clean at New Washington UMC, giving her a chance to bond with her friend and pastor, Casey Roelle. Jaime’s life revolved around Lane and Levi while keeping Lucas’ memory alive with family and friends. She enjoyed watching her boys participate in their sporting events and being actively involved in area support groups with their fight against addictions. Jaime and Lane shared the love of fishing while sharing her love of singing with Levi. She enjoyed studying her Bible and worshipping at Bucyrus UMC during the Touch Service.

Her family will receive friends from 4-7 pm Friday, October 12 at Wise Funeral Service. A celebration of life service will be held at 2:30 pm Saturday at Bucyrus UMC where her life will be celebrated by Pastor Casey Roelle. A private burial will be held in Oakwood Cemetery.

Donations can be made payable to Together We Hurt Together We Heal (TWHTWH) or to a charity of the donor’s choice and will be accepted through the funeral home or at the church on the afternoon of her service. Memories and photos can be shared on Jaime’s Tribute Wall.
