Brady K. Schifer

Brannon K. “Brady” Schifer, 57, of Bucyrus, left this planet on October 24, 2017 following a brief illness. He was born January 27, 1960 to Edwin E. and Margaret A. (Stawser) Schifer who both survive.



Brady married his dear wife, Vikki D. Stineman on September 14, 1985 and she survives along with their son Austin. Also surviving are sisters, Kim (Michael) Kempf of Sycamore and Shelley (Gary) Grieger of Oak Harbor; brother, Terry Schifer; father-in-law, James F. Stineman and brothers-in-law, Rick (Chris) Stineman and Michael Stineman.

Brady was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Carol A Stineman and a brother-in-law, Douglas A. Stineman.



He was blessed with so many good friends and loving animals and was known for his wit and sense of humor. Gary described Brady as “unmatched when it came to the ultimate hilarious punchline”. Also, being a trivia expert, it was always “call Brady” when there was a debate or disagreement on an unanswered question at home. Terry said, “there were no mushrooms in the woods or arrowheads in the fields that Brady couldn’t find”. Brady loved making his chili soup at the pond, even though a few people found it sometimes a little too hot and spicy.



His family will gather with friends from 4-6 p.m. Monday, October 30 at Wise Funeral Service, with his son, Austin playing some of Brady’s favorite songs on guitar. As Brady says, “Odabo Jack”.
