She was born January 10, 1932 in Bucyrus to the late William C. G. and Estelle (Benefield) Light. Virginia was a 1949 graduate of Sulphur Springs High School and that same year, on August 13, she married Ross E. Heinlen who preceded her in death on July 8, 2008. She is survived by a son, Bruce Heinlen of Bucyrus and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Virginia is preceded in death by one brother, Willard Light and a half-brother, Howard Light. Virginia cared for her family as a homemaker and was associated with the Jehovah's Witnesses. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, February 26 at Wise Funeral Service, where the funeral will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. with Bernard Furry officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bucyrus congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses through the funeral home. |
